1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Refrigerant cylinders or containers that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at erefrigerantex@fastmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
