1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days within the continental United States.

  • Expedited Shipping (Paid): 1–3 business days, calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for refrigerant products.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at erefrigerantex@fastmail.com. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
